Menstrual Medicine, a journey through the seasons, the womb, and the forgotten ways.

This year-long course has been woven as a pilgrimage back to your body, a remembering of the blood mysteries, a reclamation of inner rhythm, a devotion to the wisdom that lives beneath the surface of everyday life.

Together, we will move through teachings in menstrual health, cycle tracking, herbal allies, embodiment, ritual, trauma-sensitive holding, and the unseen threads that connect menstruation with lineage, land, activism, and collective healing.

More of the curriculum will be revealed in right timing, as the course continues to unfold its own medicine.

This is not simply learning - it is a returning, a re-rooting, a homecoming to the ancient compass within.

The circle is opening.

The path is being laid.

If your body leans in, if something inside stirs your journey may already have begun.

Be in touch if you’d like to have a call about the course or would like to register.

Hey all, I’m Nikki — a women’s wisdom keeper and a devoted lover of the feminine in all her seasons.

My life unexpectedly shifted significantly when I became a mother almost a decade ago. After the birth of my first daughter, something stirred within me, and I felt myself step onto an entirely new path. I “woke-up” to the nonsense around me and followed my new path guided by intuition, remembrance, and a deep listening to my body & the seasons around me.

From that moment, my new purpose began to take shape. I created an offering that supports the feminine through every season and rite of passage of womanhood. These offerings are woven together as what I call the Sacred Seasons of Womanhood - visit my website to read more.

As a mum to two daughters, I hold my role as both mother and sacred feminine leader with deep importance. I choose to live what I teach - not through perfection or emotional constancy, but through honest embodiment. I outwardly ebb and flow, embracing all sides, my shadows and my superpowers, so my daughters know they too are free to live in alignment with their cyclical nature.

I walk the path of healed sisterhood, and I warmly invite women who feel open to this work to walk with me. Through circles, workshops, shared spaces of remembering and collaborations. And I honour, without apology, the importance of discernment, choosing to step away where values and visions do not align.

As I journey through the autumn of my summer season of life, I can feel the subtle changes beginning within me and I feel ready for this next phase of my life. I live what I teach, nourishing my body & soul and abstaining from what I know harms me (although I don’t always abstain entirely). I’m building a basket of wisdom, rituals and practices to support me as I enter a new chapter of my life and I love to share what I know with the women I work with.

I am still firmly in the creatrix season of life and would love to call in more collaborations for 2026 and beyond. If my words resonate with you, I would love to chat.

Welcome to my corner of the internet, I am delighted you are here.

Asking yourself, or someone else, the following three questions can tell you so much about your/their emotional, mental and physical health.

How are you sleeping?
How are you bleeding?
How are you pooing?

Quality sleep is essential for your vitality - during sleep, your brain clears out toxins, your hormones balance, your immune system strengthens, and your cells repair. If you aren’t sleeping well, it’s more than just feeling tired… it affects your mood, energy, digestion, and long-term health. What’s more, sleep is often the one time in the day where we can access the parasympathetic (rest and digest). Someone who isn’t sleeping optimally could be suffering emotionally, mentally and physically.

Bleeding (menstrual bleeds) is a monthly report card for your health. If your monthly bleed doesn’t fall within the optimal ranges this suggestions an imbalance somewhere that’s worth investigating. For example cramps, heavy or light flows, short or long periods, headaches/migraines etc are all common but should not be considered normal. If anyone you know is experiencing menstrual cycle challenges, encourage them to seek support.

Pooing isn’t just a bodily function, it’s your body’s way of clearing out toxins & hormones, and keeps your gut + microbiome happy. Without daily bowl movements we can be left feeling bloated, sluggish, and off-balance. Someone who isn’t pooing daily could be lacking hydration and/or adequate fibre. They may be experience stress and/or sleep disturbances. Getting to the bottom of it will support their overall health.

There’s more to come on these 3 areas of health. Stay tuned.

New Years Eve is just around the corner and soon the gyms will be filled with new members wanting to bring positive, healthy changes to their lives

Every January we push ourselves into “new year, new me” energy, yet most people who join a gyms in January stop going within a few short months.

And honestly, it’s not a failure, it’s rhythm, seasonality.

Winter is a time of deep rest. Nature is quiet, slow, rooting down… and we are meant to be, too.

So if resolutions feel heavy right now, let them go.

Your energy will return in spring, which is the real season of renewal.

Make your commitments when the sap rises, when light returns, when your body is ready to grow.

Cycle Day 25 and I’m preparing my next sacred bleed tea blend. I’m trying something new for this bleed.

In my moon tea I have;

- Raspberry Leaf - for toning the womb, offering steadiness and structure.
- Nettle - for replenishing minerals lost, strengthening the river that flows within.
- Chamomile - for settling the nervous system, loosening tension.
- Rose Petals - for welcoming tenderness, reminding me that softness is strength.
- Ginger - warming cold cramps, encouraging flow, awakening circulation. (I’ll add the ginger to each individual brew that I make. I’m completely in love with ginger at the moment and need a good amount per cup to satisfy my needs).

I may also add some lavender to brews if I fancy it.

Tracking your cycle means you can be one step ahead in your self care and self love. Other things I’m doing in readiness of my bleed;

- getting period products ready
- yoni steaming
- thinking about how I can rest as much as possible despite a jam packed weekend ahead (ie early nights, food prep, sitting down at events, comfy clothes to wear)
- how to keep warmth in my body (ginger is my ally in this area)

What do you do in preparation for your bleed?

Meet our amazing facilitator .withmoon .

Born in America and now rooted in the land of Scotland, she have spent much of her life apprenticed to the body — through the long passage of debilitating endometriosis, and later through the fires of loss, the shattering of her family in the midst of pregnancy, and the initiation of birthing and mothering on her own.
These experiences together stripped away everything she thought she knew and brought her home to what endures — the intelligence of the body, the resilience of the heart, and the quiet, steady wisdom of the womb. They taught her that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but remembering what is whole.

Menstrual Medicine 2026/27 doors are open, join us and let Brittney nourish your body and mind with her delicious herb blends.
