Let’s clear up a common misconception: this likely isn’t a “nose filter,” and it’s not just mild swelling.
What you’re seeing can be consistent with rhinophyma a severe, late-stage form of rosacea that often affects the nose.

Typical signs include:
• progressive, bulbous thickening of the skin
• persistent redness
• visible surface vessels
• a thickened “orange-peel” texture

Quick reminder: you can’t diagnose anyone from a clip alone but this is what rhinophyma commonly looks like.

I hadn’t taken a proper holiday in a long time, and I had almost forgotten what boredom feels like. So I booked two weeks in Mexico with one intention: to create space to reflect, recharge, and think clearly again.

As a child, boredom was never something to avoid. It was where imagination began, where ideas formed, and where direction became clearer. Today, constant connectivity makes it much harder to truly step away, especially when your professional life carries responsibility for patients, teams, and businesses that continue moving even when you pause.

Running a business means that completely switching off is rarely realistic. Leadership carries continuity of responsibility. But distance still offers perspective.

Stepping away allows you to see more clearly what is working, what needs adjusting, and where your focus should truly be.

I feel fortunate to genuinely enjoy what I do. It doesn’t always feel like “work” in the traditional sense, but that makes moments of reflection even more important.

I love a good joke as much as anyone. But this video isn’t “just humor” it’s a message.
A message that says: if a woman removes implants, she becomes less lovable / less welcome. And that’s not funny. That’s toxic.

Implant removal (explant) can happen for so many valid reasons: health concerns, discomfort, lifestyle changes, or simply personal choice. Mocking that decision or implying someone is less attractive or less “worthy” afterward is exactly how body-image pressure stays alive.

Let’s not normalize shame in the name of comedy. We can do better.
