WATER, WATER, WATER and one more time πŸ—£ WATER. We should be drinking up to 4 litres per day. πŸ₯€πŸ’§If you are dehydrated, your body will retain excess fluid. Sounds crazy, but the more water you drink, the less bloated you will feel and look.β €
2. Protein
Foods that are high in protein take longer to digest, so they help keep you feeling fuller for a longer period of time. This helps you stop overloading your stomach with foods that you just don't need. It will help prevent overeating and bloating.
