We are a Solution based Drama company.

Using our signature combination of; applied theatre, participatory storytelling and embedded literacy or arts, our works offer creative approaches to critical thinking & reimagining perceived obstacles.

🌍 Today is but for us, it's more than a day - it's an ongoing privilege; being caretakers of mother Earth and the role we play within it. The phrase sankofa embodies this in our opinion.

🌍 An integral aspect of all our programs is to embed the processes of daring to imagine innovative aspirations, sharing ideas, collaborating and developing creative equity - whether it's our adult wellness workshops, holidays schools, estate based projects or homelessness Applied theatre experiences.

🌍 This year, our young peoples Spring holiday school culminated in an immersive exhibition; inviting audiences to watch drama pieces that illustrated themes and the reflective, societal and personal roles we can all contribute to. It's still there - alongside a collection of wonderfully curated books from the talented team within library. There are also zines displayed and the invite for you all to create and to pop them up for display! .camden

🌍 During the 'Sankofa; Our Power, Our Planet' school, we also decorated personalised canvas bags to include in the exhibition!

🌞This was incredibly fun and impactful!

🌞A with & we delivered an exciting set of day camps that explored wellness, sustainability and the million dollar question: If left in the hands of children, how would they make the environment better?!

Stories do create community - it’s a lived, collaborative kind of thing..

📖 This Summer we visited and our workshops created a space for perfectly, gorgeous people to create alternative endings!

📖 Our cosy group of participants were from all ages, all (non)genders and mostly strangers but all shared very funny and often creative responses to our to common & ..

Congratulations to each of our 🦸🏽🦸🏻‍♂️🦸🏿‍♂️🦸🏼‍♀️ across the four Day Camps during half term within the innovative Regent's Place

🍁 ‘Purpose’ & collaboration were the innate superhero we explored during one of the Day Camps.

🍁 We encouraged them to have an open mind to create & devise imaginary and/or realistic of what purpose means to them.

Another Exciting day camp

🎉Presenting: Comic Superheroes Go Live Experience🎉 We’ve partnered with the wonderful and to offer a unique set of events.

🎭 Each day we’ll find the seven super powers within us - that are also inside inventors, entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers and much more. It’ll be a challenge but we’ll guide them through each mission!

🎭 We provide: drama, participatory storytelling, arts and literacy - all is needed is imagination!

🎭 Ages 7 - 10 years

🎭 Price: Donations only, Pay-What-You-Can (Spaces are kindly sponsored by The Old Diorama Arts Centre.

🎭 Superhero Venue: The Old Diorama Arts Centre, Regent’s Place. Within the ‘10 Brock Street’ building on the map.

🎭 Dates: Book as many days as you choose. Monday 25th - Thursday 28th October - 10:00am to 3:00pm

🎭 Children are required to bring a small packed lunch. Snacks will be provided!
