This is how I started saving money, enough to comfortably invest in my wellbeing treatments and sessions.
It wasn’t about forcing discipline or cutting things out. It was about reconnecting with my natural state, the calm, steady place underneath all the noise.
I began to realise that so many of my habits weren’t really me.
They were just responses to an overstimulated nervous system.
Drinking, buying random stuff I didn’t need, craving for sugar and caffeine, they were ways to cope, not choices made from balance.
Once I started calming my body and mind through massage, yoga, rest, and real nourishment, those habits started falling away. Not as a sacrifice, but with ease.
Which is why you shouldn’t start from restrictions, but from caring.
