2 years apart!
Until I saw these pictures, I didn't realise how much in my life has changed in the last two yearsm.
Usually we expect things to change immediately especially when it comes to our fitness journey but we never look back to see how far we've come.
Whether you want to run a marathon, complete a hyrox, lose weight, get stronger or just start a consistent gym schedule, these things will take time to complete and see results.
So if you have started your fitness journey, just know that consistency is the key to great results.

The hardest part about starting your fitness journey is actually getting started. Think of where you want to be in two years... you can still be where you are now or where you actually want to be!
