Hi my name is Sherri and I am a personal trainer, nutritional advisor, running coach and fitness instructor. My story starts back when I used to want to be a fashion model and I suffered with body dysmorphia, so I tried every diet under the sun to get thin. After a lot of research I became aware of what worked and what didnt very quickly. In the winter of 2014 I started to have health problems that made me look at the way I approached food and health. I embarked on a positive health journey and never looked back! Doing a tough mudder and becoming qualified in Nutrition, it has given me a passion to help others conquer their poor relationships with food like I did all those years ago. My page is open to all for sharing ideas, learning and connecting.

Last run on the 6 week challenge!

I did 25 min run with Luna, then we did a 20 min walk to wrap it up.

Fastest 5km I've done in a while, not chasing any PBs at the moment but really happy with my pace and running progress.

We're nearly at the end of week 6 and the weather was awful so I did my 45 min run on the treadmill last night. Very slow plod as my body does not like a long ride on the tread πŸ˜…

2nd reshape of the week by for birthday and it was such a vibe... you don't get any better than the reshape room tbh!

Start of week 6 and I'm excited to continue this beyond this challenge!

Today was the first time in a long time I hit 18km/ph on the treadmill as my injury kinda put a stop on my sprints and I did a 30kg chest press in reshape

Week 5 did not go to plan at all!

A few bits here and there meant I only got 4 workouts in, a mini run and no active recovery just a bit of time with my massage gun. Minimal reading as well of my self help book. But this is life, we re-adjust and move forward!

Week 6 here we go!

I thought "let me do some yoga today" as I hadn't done my recovery this week but as you can see I was fighting for my life this morning!

Then I had some plyometrics training and finished my day with a trampoline lesson 😎

I can't believe I've been in the fitness industry for EIGHT years!!

Helping people get fit in so many ways, from signing them up for gym memberships, teaching classes, 1-2-1 personal training, and now online coaching.

It's also been 10 years since I went for my first ever run, I still feel like I'm just getting started 🫢🏾
