🌸BStoBliss 2024 was the beginning of a beautiful journey for me. A journey of deep self discovery. Understanding the relationship between me and me and how that had been directly impacting on all my other relationships.
A journey of re-discovering who I am, what truly brings me joy and what really doesn’t. Awakening to all the stuff that drains my energy and letting them go with love.
Since then I have joined several of ’s courses and eventually signed up for Spectacular School - a 6 month container where we dived deeper into allllllll of this in the most amasing cohort of beautiful souls.
Joining The Joy Movement has been hugely pivotal for me. My life is in flow. I feel calm and sure of who I am and what I have to offer the world and I’m now a confident coach and women’s circle leader and have many more offerings up my sleeve.
💕My husband and I are also planning some world travel which certainly wouldn’t have been a thing for him or me before this work 💥💞
If you’d have told me that this is where I’d be less than a year on from that first BStoBliss I definitely wouldn’t have believed it. Now I believe that ANYTHING is possible.

Being part of a women's circle for six years has been the most supportive, nurturing, and non-judgmental space—a place to be truly seen and heard, without fixing, rescuing, or unsolicited advice. It feels like coming home to yourself when you spend time with other women simply celebrating what it means to be a woman.

Can you imagine reconnecting with versions of yourself you forgot existed?

Being in circle allows us to:

• Grow into our true selves in a safe, judgment-free space
• Let go of beliefs that no longer serve us
• Experience the power of deep listening and being fully heard
• Be celebrated for our uniqueness while recognising our shared connection
• Reconnect with who we truly are and feel empowered
• Build meaningful connections with our circle sisters
• Uplift each other and embrace our shared wisdom

If this feels exciting to you, or even if you're intrigued, please come along, and be warmly welcomed, held, heard, and celebrated.

📅 When: Monday 28th April, 7-9pm (then every last Monday of the month)
