No diet should be taken too seriously…

Here at Leading Nutrition we don’t like the word ‘diet’. A diet is strict, uncomfortable and most importantly it’s boring - your lifestyle shouldn’t be this way. 🙅‍♂️

You food should not be a diet, it should be good nutrition. 🥘

Not only is a strict diet hard to maintain, it can have a knock on effect on other aspects of your lifestyle. It can:
- Increase cravings
- Increase stress
- Cause aggravation
- Cause overeating
- Lack nutrition and vitamins
- Lead to feelings of nausea and fitness

When it comes to losing weight or building muscle, eating foods you don’t like is not going to be sustainable.

They key is to incorporate foods you love, and therefore, you will never feel like you’re on a diet. 🔑
