Back pain and neck stiffness seem to be a common issue these days. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a revolutionary method of treatment, used for healing physical and emotional problems. It incorporates theories from holistic therapies such as acupressure, acupuncture, energy medicine and neuro-linguistic programming to release blocked energy, by stimulating the meridian points. Without the use of needles, EFT uses the fingertips to stimulate energy points on the body. Tapping on these points, combined with voicing positive affirmations, helps to neutralise the emotional block in energy.
