🧘♀️ If your mind feels busy or you’re having trouble relaxing, guided visualization can be a gentle way to find stillness. I love using this practice when I need to quiet my thoughts and reconnect with my inner calm.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself in a peaceful place—a forest, a beautiful beach, perhaps somewhere you have been before or a place that exists only in your mind and focus on the details: the sounds, the colours, the feeling of being there. Allow yourself to fully be there. Just a few moments of meditation can create a shift, bringing you back peacefulness, grounding and instant mood lift.
