Our Ladies' Club gathered for a lovely time together. The table was set with cups of tea, delicious cakes, and warm sausage rolls, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Alongside the friendly conversation and games, everyone enjoyed some painting, adding a creative and relaxing touch to the afternoon. It was a wonderful blend of laughter, art, and good company

Cheese & Wine Art Exhibition

Today at our care home, we enjoyed a lovely Cheese and Wine Art Exhibition, combining delicious treats with beautiful creativity. Residents and staff gathered to sample a selection of fine cheeses and wines while admiring an incredible collection of paintings.

All the artwork on display was created by our very own talented resident, Peter Norris. His stunning pieces were the heart of the exhibition and received so much admiration from everyone.

A huge congratulations to Peter for sharing his amazing talent with us — and for making the day truly special!

We were delighted to host the very first meeting of our new Ladies Club. It was a lovely afternoon filled with conversation, laughter, and plenty of tea and cake.

Our ladies shared stories, chatted about their interests, and discussed ideas for future sessions – including craft activities, reading, pamper days, and themed socials. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone enjoyed having a space just for them

This afternoon, we enjoyed a reminiscence session where we looked through old newspapers and talked about past events. We discussed the birth of Prince Charles and shared memories about well-known figures from the past. It was a thoughtful and engaging session that brought back many fond memories

Engaging one-to-one sessions took place today, including music, hand massage, quizzes, and reminiscence activities. Individuals responded positively, appearing relaxed, happy, and well-stimulated throughout.

What a delightful afternoon we had, filled with laughter, chatter, and sweet treats! Friends and family gathered for our Summer Teapot Fun,
Where the table had tasty tarts, irresistible profiteroles, and plenty of smiles to go around.
The sunshine showed up, the teacups clinked, and joy was the main ingredient of the day.
A truly heart-warming time was had by all!

Today we took a trip to Croatia! We watched a documentary, read some facts, and tested our knowledge with fun quizzes. To top it all off, we finished with some delicious Croatian food. Everyone had a great time!
