We’re told that our bodies are made for this —
That conception should be easy,
Pregnancy is just a “beautiful journey,”
And postpartum? You’ll “bounce back” in no time.
But here’s the truth:
Yes, our bodies are wise.
Yes, birth is natural.
But that doesn’t mean we always know how to support ourselves through it.

Most women aren’t given the tools, knowledge, or care they need —
Not before pregnancy,
Not during,
And definitely not after.

This is why I do what I do.
Because thriving through motherhood isn’t about pushing through — it’s about being supported, nourished, and seen.

✨ I thought the pill was healing me… but it was only masking my symptoms.
This is the story I wish someone had told me years ago. 🙏

From painful, irregular periods and a PCOS diagnosis in my teens...
To 12 years on the pill thinking it was “balancing my hormones”…
To feeling worse than ever with gut issues, low mood, and fear of infertility…
👉 I finally said enough and began a journey back to my body.

What I found?
🔍 The root cause had never been addressed.
💫 And once I focused on real healing — everything changed.

My PCOS resolved.
My cycle returned like clockwork.

✅ prioritise sleep (min 8h actually asleep rather than just time in bed - go to bed before 10pm)
✅ blood sugar balance (savoury breakfast, no processed foods & sugars, whole food diet)
✅ improving gut health (following the diet that nourishes the gut bacteria, eliminating products causing bloating and sensitivities, focus on stress management & getting sufficient vitamin D)

33 going 34 soon… I have to be honest… contrary to what people think - I was a shy child and to this day I am still quite an introvert.. but what has changed over the years is that I think this is the first time in my entire life that I feel truly in tune with myself. And it is not because I know what and when to eat and what exercise regime to follow! 🙈 Of course it helps… but the real growth for me started from the emotional standpoint - years of work on myself through therapy, studying personal growth, getting all the uni degrees I wanted and building my career, learning to say no to things that don’t serve me, and of course my newly found purpose for Nutrition & Holistic Health which helped me balance my physical body and help others. Today I am the happiest and most ‘me’ I have ever been. As cheesy as it sounds , but if you truly asked yourself - WHAT IS IT YOU WOULD DO IF YOU KNEW YOU COULD NEVER FAIL? Finding the connection to that answer, the purpose, to your true ‘you’ is where the health journey begins. And then of course you can always ask me what you should eat 🥬😅😘
