✔️ A short walk after eating makes a HUGE difference
✔️ Stress can spike your blood sugar (even without food)
✔️ Late or heavy dinners affect your overnight blood sugar

Could persistent IBS symptoms actually be caused by something else?

Many people don’t realise that at least a third of IBS cases could be linked to SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), IMO (Intestinal Methanogen Overgrowth), or even SIFO (Small Intestinal Fungal Overgrowth). These conditions can disrupt digestion and cause symptoms like bloating, gas, nausea, and abdominal discomfort—often mirroring IBS.

This client came to me wanting help with sugar and carb cravings and to improve digestion and reflux symptoms.

Through comprehensive stool testing, a personalised diet plan, targeted supplements, and key lifestyle changes, the client saw a significant reduction in her cravings and improvements in her digestive symptoms and energy levels.
