✨ Thank you to everyone who came to Friday’s sound bath under the glorious Super Full Moon in Gemini🌕

We gathered together in community to take a sacred pause as the festive season begins to gains pace and we approach the Winter Solstice .

This sacred container created a beautiful place to plant the seeds of our intention, and to release all that no longer serves us, creating space for new energy and growth as we move towards a new year.

Coming together as a collective is always so special, I love hearing your reflections afterwards.

This weekend I had the absolute pleasure of holding space for the most wonderful group of women at a beautiful retreat hosted at the magnificent ✨

On Saturday night, we gathered in the stunning barn for a truly sublime sound bath and meditation session — a deep, nourishing pause for mind, body, and soul. We were even joined by an unexpected (and very vocal!) little bird rooting in the eaves, adding its own natural harmony to the experience. 🕊️✨

Sound baths and guided meditation offer so many beautiful benefits — easing tension in the body, calming the nervous system, soothing the mind, deepening self-awareness, improving sleep, and helping us return to clarity and presence.
