Springwood Healthcare Services is in a rapid state of growth and is looking to take on an enthusiastic office Administrator to join our GOOD rating home care in this exciting period of expansion.
This role will be suited to a candidate with a background in health and social care but this is not essential.
Administration and payroll experience is essential Key. TasksManage and monitor service user invoice queries and complaints; overseen by the Manager/ Deputy Manager. Pay roll Manage and monitor the call logging system, addressing areas of non-compliance by staff members.
Manage and Monitor, to ensure care staff are conducting visits at the allocated time.
Communicate with service users and their representatives if their scheduled care and support is running behind the allocated time.
The manual confirming of time sheetsWorking in partnership with the company’s central accounts team.
Any other such duties as may be from time to time required to ensure the safe running of the services and delivery of appropriate care to service users.The ideal candidate will:Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience within a busy office environment and ideally health and social care.
Be computer literate
Be able to work efficiently in a high paced environment
Have the ability to cope under pressure towards a deadline
Posses good administrative experience
Be dedicated to delivering exceptional service on behalf of the company internally and externally
Be flexible and reliable
Possess people management skills
Be an effective team player.

Dignity Action Day is a chance for people involved in social care as providers, users or funders to reaffirm their commitment to championing everyone’s rights to dignified care.

To mark the occasion a special afternoon tea was held at SPRINGWOOD HEALTHCARE SERVICES with some of our staff members involved in caring for our service users in their homes.

We are committed to placing an emphasis on improving the quality of care and the experience of our service users and the 10-point Dignity Do’s, which help set the standard for what we all want - not only for the most vulnerable among us, but for our community of care and careers.

All our staff members are individual Dignity Champions, who help to promote the values and attitudes that have the potential to transform lives.
