Baked Potato and Porcini Mushrooms 🥔🤤

INGREDIENTS:
🍀 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
🍀 2 cups porcini mushrooms, trimmed
🍀 ½ cup spring onion, chopped
🍀 4 tbsp BeVego Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Powder
🍀 2 tbsp olive oil
🍀 1 pinch cinnamon powder
🍀 1 pinch sage
🍀 1 pinch turmeric
🍀 2 tbsp soy sauce
🍀 1 tsp cayenne
🍀 1 pinch sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, turmeric, cayenne, sea salt, sage, cinnamon, and BeVego Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Powder.
2️⃣ Add the mushrooms and potatoes and coat well.
3️⃣ Add aluminum foil in a baking sheet.
4️⃣ Add the potato mix in the baking sheet.
5️⃣ Drizzle the oil on top. Bake for 20 minutes with 390 degrees F.
6️⃣ Stir them once and bake for another 15 minutes.
7️⃣ Serve hot with spring onion on top.
