There are a beautiful range of crystals and products available to buy from ... Just scan the QR code in studio to buy anything that catches your eye. All crystals are ethically sourced from India and are amazing quality. I met Tam of Sasara World at a local market and loved her beautiful range of crystals and her passion for the quality of the crystals..

You can also test out the amazing waterless skincare from and then order direct from their website via the QR code in studio. As they are waterless they contain zero preservatives!! I have been using these products recently myself and I absolutely love them!

We are very excited to announce that we are offering, not one, but two free open days in September!! 🥳 This is a great opportunity to experience some of the magic that happens at the studio completely free ✨️ There will be a whopping 22 sample sessions available to try over the course of the 2 days!! There is so much on offer including Pilates, Fitness, Yoga, Breathwork, Soundbaths, Chakra Dance and more. Each session is 20 minutes and you are welcome to book as few or as many as you'd like. Who's coming out of hibernation now the evenings are lighter?
If you're looking for a new week-night hobby, I'd love you to join my small Pilates classes at The The Little Escape Studio in Crystal Palace, Wednesdays 5.10pm and Thursdays 6pm
(also Mondays 12.30pm but it's always daylight then, so no novelty factor 😄).

Suitable for beginners and improvers, classes are £13 for 50mins and we even provide the mat, so you just have to bring yourself!
