Rosanna Julia Head is a registered yoga teacher having been practicing yoga (hatha, yin and vinyasa) for 8 years, and in 2023 graduated as a yoga teacher from Kashish Yoga, Palolem, South Goa, India. She is accredited with Yoga Alliance and has insurance health and wellness insurance with Hiscox. Rosanna is also a Nutrition Advisor Dip N.adv offering general advice on wellness, diets and lifestyle (but not most supplements) to help maintain optimal health. Rosanna is trained to provide therapeutic advice for lifestyle symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, stress, anxiety, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels, and not specific health disorders such as diabetes and cancer.
