Rosanna Julia Head is a registered yoga teacher having been practicing yoga (hatha, yin and vinyasa) for 8 years, and in 2023 graduated as a yoga teacher from Kashish Yoga, Palolem, South Goa, India. She is accredited with Yoga Alliance and has insurance health and wellness insurance with Hiscox. Rosanna is also a Nutrition Advisor Dip N.adv offering general advice on wellness, diets and lifestyle (but not most supplements) to help maintain optimal health. Rosanna is trained to provide therapeutic advice for lifestyle symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, stress, anxiety, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels, and not specific health disorders such as diabetes and cancer.

👩🏼‍🎤 It’s not about the place or the clothes we wear or who we practice with -it’s about you and your practice and your space and your meditation time.

🕊️ Always find a space in the day to be with the self, it will thank you for it.

✨FRIDAY MORNING RESET’ BEGINNERS YOGA FOR MEN AND WOMEN £5 ☀️

🌞 Please join me tomorrow morning 7.30-8.30am as we take a moment to breathe, stretch, move, make space, get rid of what’s not needed and focus on ourselves, in a suitably perfect Friday morning class for beginners.

💚 The class is slow, steady, strengthening and focuses on holding the poses using our breath, strength and stamina and a variety of props to make it enjoyable and attuned to you and your body.

🌎 I invite into my classes and and draw on my training and moments with teachers in India and other wonderful teaching practices and yoga retreats around the world that I’ve experienced.

Expect an hour of reset, relax, focus and time for yourself.

👋👋💚 It’s been a busy few weeks levelling up the business and working in the background to identify who my are and the real challenges they may be experiencing.

🤓 I’ve put together some thoughts as to who my ideal clients are, what some of the real issues and symptoms they may be experiencing are, and what they really want to change, how do they want to feel and how I can help them to get to that place.

👩‍💻 This is all work in progress and it’s super focused being able to identify what and how I can help my ideal clients overcome any barriers that may be holding them back.

Wow 🤩 I can’t believe it’s Friday again tomorrow and here’s a little reminder that I’ll be teaching down at 7.30am.

💨🍃🌬️I’ve had a whirlwind week, I’m spinning many plates, and what’s been the most important is to ensure that I plan my days diligently, live and eat well and be as healthy as I can so that I have the daily energy and clarity in focus to crack on.










📆 I’ve been working on building my nutrition and wellness business. I’ve been to school. I’ve created flyers for my cycling. I’ve done a talk at my local networking event I’ve almost nailed my HMRC accounts, sent a and there’s more - it’s all priority atm - none of this is easy it takes daily energy and prioritisation to keep going.

🔥🔥🔥 THIS IS A WONDERFUL WORD SCRAMBLE, I know it looks busy - it's meant to be, it's wonderful research that I am extremely grateful for - thoughts, feelings, real symptoms and issues shared while doing research into my ideal client for my Nutrition Advice and Health Coaching business, read on...

👩🏼‍🎓I'm a student at the moment, learning to build another business, a personal brand, a Nutrition Advisor and Health Coach business, this stuff doesn't happen overnight. I've spent years getting to this place, two years to complete my Nutrition Advisor diploma (during Covid and a relationship breakdown, moving house, lost job), taking myself to India to travel and then returning to do my 200hr yoga teacher training, having practiced for more than 10 years and now learning how best to build a health and wellness business. Bear in mind we are all students until we are a master - but ask yourself, are we ever a master and what makes a master? 🔥🦘I've taken the 'courageous' and some call it 'brave' decision to change my career, jacked in the f/t corporate world and now trying to make a go of it as a portfolio career option. It's hard, it's long hours and every day I have to re invent myself & create energy.

💬 More so to the point of the wonderful words you see in the image - these are words, thoughts and ideas shared to me by people who kindly gave me their time to do research into what an ideal client might look like. This has been a few weeks of work and I am not there yet, it's work in progress, a time consuming focus - but it is extremely important and fun. Thank you to those who helped me.

🪞 Do you recognise yourself in these words? I do. For now this is just a word scramble, but these are real feelings thought issues and symptoms that people in the prime of their life are facing, trying to make head or tail of things, life changes and how best to live well and age well. Something I hope we are all trying to do.

💚🙏🏼🤗A hard couple of weeks for me as I recover from 🏥- so it’s been a lot of resting, absolutely no exercise (that’s hard for me going from daily to nothing) and when I have the energy, it’s been mainly focused on healthy and experimenting in the kitchen giving my body what it needs, nutritious food and rest, and swotting up on my yoga and food nutrition study, and tonight learning a new skill. Sometimes as I’m on the run constantly, taking this time out to recuperate is fair and needed and I know my body appreciates it. I need to do this more. I’m a firm believer and practice / leave time for but there’s always room for more. And thankfully I’m most grateful for being able to easily breath now through my nose, which has been a struggle sometimes and I really feel it when I practice and meditate especially doing nostril breath work - so a new path for my and has opened up - no pun intended. Thanks to the great team hospital for taking care of me.
