from 2020 , when the world was in lock down and we had time to notice , to talk , to be ---- a few years later and the world is very different. i have been using this poem BLESSING FOR PRESENCE to remind myself to pause , to breath ground and find presence -

After taking time out — travelling, resting, and simply slowing down — I’m beginning to find my way back with a calmer mind and a softer pace 🤍
The past year of teaching has been full, rewarding and wonderful, but I realised how much I needed a little space to pause, breathe, and just be for a while. Stepping away reminded me how important rest really is — not as a luxury, but as something we all need.
I’m really looking forward to returning to teaching, reconnecting, and sharing practice together again. Thank you for holding the space while I was away… I can’t wait to see familiar faces and move, rest, and breathe together soon, Henry is back to his regular schedule Monday- Online

Today’s collaborative ‘Echoes of the ❤️ Heart Worksop’ was inspired by text from the from ancient non- dual Ta***ic Shavaiva tradition.We interweaved numerous verses into Henry’s Yin and myofascial release practice, this was followed by deep restorative practice , concluding with Henry’s guided Yoga Nidra practice. Sound bath provided by , philosophy conversations/verse held .
- W invites students to dive deeper into the embodied state of being, into pure presence.
