Carters Chemist can be traced back to 1879 when it was a small pharmacy situated beneath a dental surgery on the corner of MacKenzie Road and Westbourne Road. In 1974, the original pharmacy was demolished, and the pharmacy moved to its current location in Roman Way. At Carters Chemist, we offer exceptional customer service with the highly trained and friendly staff that will endeavour to meet all your needs. An experienced pharmacist is on duty throughout the day to offer professional and confidential advice on any ailment or condition. We dispense both NHS and Private Prescriptions with the aim to complete our customers’ prescriptions promptly and accurately. Patients can be assured that they will always be fully informed about the medicines dispensed. Furthermore, we can arrange a repeat prescription collection and delivery service from all local surgeries. The team at Carters pride themselves on the provision of an outstanding service to all their customers.
