Along the way, I had the privilege of supporting and delivering over a hundred other babies, walking alongside families through their unique pregnancy journeys. 🎂Happy Birthday to a Mother, Happy Birthday to Me🎂

This birthday feels different… softer, deeper, and filled with a kind of love I never knew existed until motherhood found me.
This year, I don’t wish for anything more — because I am already holding my greatest blessing.

Becoming a mother has changed everything: the way I love, the way I hope, the way I pray. My heart walks outside my body now, and every day I’m humbled by this miracle.

Here’s to a long, healthy life for all of us who dream of watching our children grow, flourish, and become who they were meant to be.

May we always have the strength to guide them, the patience to raise them, and the grace to cherish every moment.

💖The best thing you can do for your baby is to be a happy mother.💖

And a happy mother begins with a happy woman. While embracing motherhood, don’t forget that you are an individual — a human being with your own needs, dreams, and desires. You are like a flower in your own pot, needing your own water and sunshine to truly thrive.

🌷Self-love is key.
Find time for the things you used to enjoy, even if only a little at first. Asking for time for yourself can feel impossible when you have a new little soul depending on you, but you can do it. “Me time” must remain true me time.

Going to work early may sometimes feel like a break, but that’s not the same — it simply helps preserve your sanity. It doesn’t refill your cup of self-love and energy. Learn to tell the difference.

So go have that coffee alone. Sign up for that yoga class you’ve been dreaming about. Have that glass of wine with a good friend. You deserve it. Don’t let your inner flame fade — you are the most important person in your own life, and the best example for your little baby.
