We’re looking for cover teachers and a permanent teacher on Sunday Mornings, 2 classes.

The Garage Studio is a well-established, much-loved Pilates studio with a loyal community of clients who value professionalism, care, and connection.

We’re looking for comprehensively trained mat teachers who are:

- Passionate about Pilates
- Caring and approachable (a teacher, rather than an instructor!)
- Professional, reliable, and friendly

You’ll be available to teach and support our team and our amazing clients.

What a year we’ve had! Such progress! Together we’ve built stronger, healthier bodies that move with confidence. Watching you grow has been very meaningful and satisfying to us.

Thank you for your commitment, for showing up week after week with such positive energy. The studio thrives because of you!

The studio is more than a place we meet to practice Pilates; we’ve build a community filled with energy, support and growth. We intend to keep this spirit going and organise more social events next year, so we can enjoy each other’s company more.

Murielle started practising Pilates in 1994. One of the first Body Control Pilates (BCP) teacher, she introduced Pilates to various london clubs 25+ years ago and opened The Garage Studio in 2003. She only employs genuine Pilates teachers that are passionate about the Pilates method she cherishes.

Osteoporosis doesn’t mean you have to stop moving, it just means you need to move wisely.

Over the years, I’ve worked with many clients living with low bone density, and I’ve seen how thoughtful, tailored Pilates can help them feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in their bodies.

At The Garage Studio we make Pilates exercises safe for people with osteoporosis. Certain movements, especially loaded spinal flexion, can increase risk, so our focus is on safe movements, strong posture and balance. It’s about understanding the body and giving it what it truly needs.

With the right approach, Pilates becomes a supportive and empowering practice that builds both physical and mental resilience.
