2025 💫 A note from our founder 💌

Our 3rd and biggest year yet for so many reasons…

I’m feeling extremely grateful for our amazing community in the studio. To every one of you who walks through the door with intention to move your body whether that be for mindfulness, strength or rehab your enthusiasm & motivation is why my incredible team & I do what we do 🫶

I also love being able to spread Core LDN further than the studio. This year we ran our first Reformer Pilates retreat in collaboration with which was the first of its kind in the UK. 2026 will be be our biggest retreat year yet with more Reformer retreats and our first international luxury Mat Pilates retreat in Mauritius in January 🩵

To my team past and present, I can’t thank you enough for all your hard work & dedication. Thank you for believing in me and the business, I couldn’t do it without you. You all are superstars 🤩

To all the amazing brands, partners and other healthcare professionals I have worked with over this year thank you for wanting to be part of us and what we do ✨

Core LDN is a small independent studio and business, built on my dream. Every little detail, review, message and smile means the world to me so thank you 🙏

I have huge plans for the brand and studio this coming year and I intend to continue to grow our offering and presence in the community and further afield in 2026. I hope you’ll join me on the ride 🎢

Join us in January for our next expert led Speaker Series. We’re kicking things off with a relaxed 5km run & around East Sheen led by - no pressure, no egos, and no one left behind.

📍 Core Ldn, East Sheen
🗓️ Tuesday 13th January 2026

What to expect:
• 5K run (conversational pace)
• Meet at 6.30pm for bag drop at Core LDN
• Inclusive, community-led run
• Refreshments and snacks provided
• Return to Core LDN for an expert panel discussion

This run is designed to be social, supportive and accessible, whether you’re easing back into running or simply want to start the year moving your body with good people.

The interactive panel discussion will bring together experts Dr Physio , and run coach,

Our experts are coming together to discuss how you can avoid running injuries and run smarter. Ask the panel questions, join in the engaging conversation and leave feeling informed and inspired.

We’re so excited to welcome Jennifer to the team - welcome Jen 💚

Jen joins us as a passionate physiotherapist with over 7 years of experience. She specialises in injury rehab and chronic pain management through manual therapy, clinical Pilates and strength and conditioning. Jen is a fitness lover who enjoys the gym, Pilates, long hikes and listening to music.

Day 11✨

Here’s you daily movement motivation. brings you a side-lying sequence to try at home. Option to add in some ankle weights for some extra spice!

The workout 💫
•Start in a side lying position keeping the hips stacked and core engaged
•Begin by sweeping the top leg forward, pointing the toes, flex the ankle to pull the leg back - try and maintain keeping top leg in line with your top hip
•Come into a side seated (mermaid) position and reach one arm up and over, cartwheel the arms up and over head to feel the counter stretch down the side of the body
•Aim for 30-40 seconds of each and don’t forget to repeat on the other side!

Today .edit is back and brings you a spicy side glutes series. If you have a set of ankle weights you can pop these on for the ultimate burn.

The workout 🔥
• Lie on your side with hips stacked and heels together, lift top knee away from underneath knee in your clam
• Pulses at the top
• Lift & lower the top leg parallel to underneath leg
• Pulses at the top
• Extend the top leg and circle the leg, reverse the circles
• Pulse leg to the ceiling!
