We have full x-ray facilities on site, meaning no more waiting at hospitals to have them taken. We are registered with all the major private medical insurance companies also.

An interesting knee x-ray from a 94 year old male patient which gives a good illustration of severe osteoarthritis in the patients right knee.
Hardly any space between the femur and tibia bones in the inside of the knee and the knee-cap has also shifted away from the midline.
Do you think this patient is a good candidate for a knee replacement?

A interesting x-ray, showing an avulsion fracture of the 5th metatarsal, which happens at the end of the bone closest to the ankle, the part of the bone attached to the tendon.
These kinds of breaks typically occur after an ankle sprain or roll.
Most are treated non-operatively with ice, rest and use of crutches, a cast or a walking boot.
Provided the injury receives good care, you can expect to heal in 6 to 8 weeks!
