The company provides care assistants and registered nurses with around-the-clock support from an experienced and specialist domiciliary team and an out-of-hours service that runs 24 hours, 7 days a week, which is accessible to all.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Care Manager located in Liverpool. The Deputy Care Manager will work collaboratively with the Care Manager to provide high-quality care, and management of care assistants and other staff, and assist in the daily operations of the company. The Deputy Care Manager will also ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and contractual requirements.
Qualifications
A minimum of Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of experience working in a managerial or supervisory role in domiciliary care or nursing homes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Knowledge of CQC regulations and experience of regulatory inspections and compliance
Ability to manage and handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic care management systems
A clean driving license and access to a vehicle
