🌸 Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP) 🌸

PGP causes pain in the pelvis or lower back due to stiffness or misalignment of the bones around your pelvis. It's common during pregnancy but can also affect those with pelvic injuries or conditions like osteoarthritis.

If you're experiencing PGP, physiotherapy can help relieve the pain and improve mobility.

EVER WONDERED WHAT’S REALLY GOING ON BENEATH THE SURFACE? 👩🏻‍⚕️💡

As a women’s health physio clinic, we use diagnostic ultrasound to see what we often can only feel.

It’s a powerful, non-invasive tool that gives us real-time images of the pelvic floor muscles, abdominal wall, bladder and more - helping us/you understand how your body is functioning.

✨ Whether we’re retraining the core postpartum, assessing pelvic floor contractions, checking for diastasis recti or prolapse, ultrasound lets us tailor treatment with precision and confidence.

🔍 It’s safe, pain-free, and incredibly empowering to see your own muscles working in real time. Knowledge is power — especially when it comes to your body.

📍Curious about how ultrasound could support your recovery or performance? Drop me a message or book a session!
