Stress isn’t just in your head… it shows up in your body too 💭💖
We often think of tight shoulders or a sore stomach, but stress can also affect your pelvic floor. These muscles are so important for everyday comfort and support, yet they’re easy to overlook.

When the body stays in “fight or flight” mode, muscles may tighten without you realising. Over time this can lead to pelvic floor tension and discomfort.

Learning how stress affects your body can be the first step towards better pelvic health.
