A calming, heart-centred experience for parents and carers to connect deeply with their little ones. This gentle session blends the soothing energy of Reiki with the nurturing, heart-opening qualities of ceremonial cacao, creating a peaceful space for you both to relax and bond.
As a mother of two and a Reiki Master Teacher, I’m passionate about helping families understand the power of energetic connection. During this session, you’ll also learn the basics of how Reiki works, explore the 7 main chakras, and discover how tuning into your own energy can positively influence your baby’s sense of calm and connection.
You’ll also enjoy a cup of ceremonial cacao — a delicious, nourishing alternative to hot chocolate or coffee — known for its gentle, uplifting and grounding qualities.
