πŸ’‘Did you know there's no test for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)? It's diagnosed by the symptoms the patient experiences and discards of diseases such as IBD (inflammatory bowel disease), coeliac disease or other digestive tract diseases.

I am sharing this article because IBS, according to the NICE guidelines, is estimated to affect between 1.6 and 3.9 MILLION people in the UK. Worldwide, about 15% of the population. Gut-directed hypnotherapy is one of the treatments with more positive results.

For years now, I have been working with many people who experience IBS symptoms, you can read a few cases in this article.

*As a therapist who helps people find relief from IBS and Anxiety, seeing the results I see through the internal work people do to feel better, it amazes me!*

How Confident are you feeling? πŸ€”

I have to admit that this time of the year is the one I am most prone to experience a wobble. I wish I could say that is because the days are getting shorter (easy reason as many people experience SAD). But the reality is the I was raised in the southern hemisphere and still I would experience wobbles around this time of the year.

I have to admit that this time of the year is the one I am most prone to experience a wobble. I wish I could say that is because the days are getting shorter (easy reason as many people experience SAD). But the reality is the I was raised in the southern hemisphere and still, I would experience wobbles around this time of the year.
With that in mind, I thought to share a few things that could be helpful when working on being more confident. Because you are confident, you just need to remember to being more πŸ˜‰
