It's okay to lose your way. To take a walk and get lost. To be distracted and not notice for a while.
It's okay to feel a little frazzled, a little tired, and perhaps ask why you don't feel so rejuvenated after a long summer where your focus and responsibilities shifted. The days were longer, the routines looser, and the pressure quite a bit less.

For mental health awareness week 2023 we'd like to share with you some mindfulness practices that we believe can be helpful when dealing with anxiety, the theme for this year. We're going to begin the week with an extended exhale meditation. When we extend the exhale we can activate the body's rest and digest system and bring calm to any situation.
