Part One: Trying to explain what I’m attempting to share in the most authentic way as possible in my workshops for this year has been an interesting challenge. The best way is to witness it - and watching my process of ‘dropping in’ with my own practice recordings is a lot of how I have come to untangle my personal methodology before breaking it down to create exercises to share with others.

So for context in this video - I remember I was really physically tired but emotionally feeling very light after spending five days in a field at a festival with close friends, so mentally I was able to be very forgiving with myself but it took me a while to physically tune in.

The songs come on randomly and when once resonates I stay with it - I think (to me at least) knowing my movement vocabulary, all of that makes sense when I watch this part back - a section where I’ve found a sweet spot and am ‘in flow’.

The other bits before this however are the important parts. The parts that help me get there, that stop me leaving and even more importantly give me faith to return to my body on other days, when perhaps the temptation to avoid is quite strong.

It takes quite a bit longer to splice those nuggets so part two is where I will share the before parts of this recording, & I hope some clarity, intrigue or curiosity will be the result.

Said goodbye to 33 watching way of the water & aching for a past love now so far away, ocean bliss & life in the big blue.

But 33 was also a beautiful reminder that bliss states in blue are always in reach within if you seek them.

A genuine moment of inner azul flow feels: ‘just be you-be a dream come true’ an apt wrap & ode to my most rewarding year yet.

Grattitude flowing & hope for a bluer world for more people & planet everywhere in the next chapter.
