This lovely 60 year old patient had been grinding her teeth for several years at night. Which people seem to be doing more and more!
She was unhappy with how small the teeth have become.
Freehand composite was used to build the teeth back up and restore her teeth to the way they where 20 years ago.
Needless to say the patient was very happy

This lovely patient came to me to improve the look of one tooth. She had broken her front tooth as a child several years ago, which was fixed but was unhappy as it did not match the shape of the other upper central tooth ⁣
⁣
The teeth were whitened for a week and the old filling removed. ⁣
A new composite filling was placed to replicate the colour and shape of the other central tooth ⁣
⁣
Different shades and opacites were used to match the different layers and blended into the natural tooth ⁣
⁣
The patient wanted to keep a small gap between the teeth for added character ⁣

This amazing patient wanted a more uniform smile but still wanted to keep the features of her current smile. Composite bonding was used to close the gap between the front two teeth and increase size and length of the lateral teeth.
To widen the smile and take some emphasis off the canine teeth, the 4’s on either side were built out.
Due to the natural effect of the bonding the 3’s were not touched but still blend in seamlessly 🤩
