Ranging from children who cant sleep, wont sleep, wake up too early or wake up throughout the night. I am a Paediatric Occupational Therapist and I have been working with children and their families for the last 8 years. I have completed a Paediatric Sleep Course and I am about to begin an advanced Paediatric Sleep Course. I am able to support children who are 6 months old to 16 years old. I am able to support children with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD and learning disabilities. I am HCPC registered and I have an up to date DBS check.

Sleepy cuddles are so lovely. Especially as this one is supporting my little one who is unwell. Sleep training does not mean you have to totally give up these wonderful, special times. It just means teaching your little one how they don’t have to rely on them for all their sleep. Finally I have been able to put him down for a nap! Sometimes young babies go through phases where they just want to be held. This is normal! It doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. More often than not they grow out of it themselves. We just need to be patient and kind to ourselves. Please get in touch for a free initial consultation.

I am so excited. I have joined a team of local women who support children and their families in the local area.

Many different specialists including mental health, first aid, health and fitness, reflexology, new mum support etc.

We are hoping to offer support to parents and their children in the local area and beyond.

My gorgeous little sleep-thief. I’m right there with you guys at the moment. Experiencing those nights where sleep is a distant memory. It’s important to remember that night waking is very normal for a baby. It’s a good thing. Don’t worry about it just go with the flow. They will soon be sleeping better and for longer periods. Be patient and kind with yourself. This will pass. ❤️
