Incredible amazing structures, function and activities 🥰🙏🏽❤️

❤️Human nervous system regulates almost all the processes and functions in our body, it is considered as the most important system!!

✅It controls the ability to move, breathe, see, think, and more. The basic unit of the nervous system is a nerve cell, or neuron.

✅It can travel as fast as 268 miles per hour (431 kph)! The alpha motor neurons in the spinal cord transmit the signals at the super speed of 268 mph – the fastest transmission in the human body!!

✅It directs simple actions like waking up, automatic behaviors like breathing, and complicated ones like thinking, reading, remembering, and feeling emotions❤️

✅Ps. Massage stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for its rest and relaxation response. As physical touch stimulates the parasympathetic nerves, your body will naturally slow its heart rate. Subsequently, your breathing will slow down, and your blood pressure will lower❤️🥰😇🙏🏽
