Oh my god. I do not hope that people believe this s**t!

Headline: "This veg increases your muscle power by 7 %!" (most read German tabloid).


Muscle improves through stressors. Its a chemical reaction. So if you have a healthy diet, yes, the nutrients (most of all protein, so amino acids, but also many others) can be beneficial in muscel build up, if you then train your muscle.

But in no circumstances does muscle mircaciously build up by eating veg.

Keep believing in Popeye....

What s my point? If people were willing to understand how the body works and live accordingly, these headlines would go and everyone would be healthy and have a normal body weight. Thats billions less in diabetic medication paid by the tax payers, more money, better NHS, living healthier for longer.

I just want to spread the word that people need to understand how their body works!

People get on complaining, mostly about weight, but feed their ill health with their habits every day, 24/7. Then they read an article and try a new diet.

Your body does not work like that. Understand what your body does when you stick chemicals into your mouth (as used in all convenience food), rub plastics on your skin, eat up lipsticks, or flood your body with sugar (biggest problem ever): starting a day with a latte in the morning!

It s not rocket science - but your doctor will not tell you as they have not been trained to do so. Prescribing pills is quicker and in line with guidelines.

Symptom treatment versus lifestyle advise.

Change with WHAT and HOW you eat and you will be fine.
But please don't "diet", your body will fire back. Promised!

Understand nutrition and metabolism. Thats all you need to stay slim, fit, motivated and healthy - life long.

And if you have "real" health issues, see your doctor.

👎 My kids dont eat out of plastic!
👉🏽And there are VERY good reasons for it.

👎 My kids dont eat any cereal, coco pops, cornflakes, rice crispies!

Are you a victim of the food industry? Those shelves are almost empty….and people wonder about obesity in kids, ADHD, health issues, etc.

Poor kids who get this for brekki as they dont have any awareness yet and can’t say no.

You may have no clue what sugar does over all and especially, if eaten for breakfast!!!! Just note, its toxic to your health ☠️.

And please please please eliminate plastics from your house! Especially, when you have kids!

SAVE OUR CHILDREN!!! …and our health…

The principle is quite easy to understand! honestly, think about it!

And watch yourself what you eat, day in - day out.

Struggle with weight? Tired? Wired? Health issues? Skin issues? Menopause issues? This list is endless...
..and It all starts at one point...

So, how likely is it, that Alzheimers is a disease, that is inherited❓❓

This article discusses a recent study. Though there are certain determiners assuming the possibility of people having an inherited genetic risk profile, there is room to act and mitigate this risk.

It is so important to look after our own health and take up responsibility!!!!! Don't wait until it is too late!

Let me put things straight as I am really ANGRY😡. I have just read a post in some health group that an all plant based diet is unhealthy and dangerous as it does not provide you with the needed nutrients, especially proteins!🤔

Nope! Incorrect! Far away from the truth! Do NOT comment, if you have no clue!...and the problem is, that people read this crap and believe it! Proteins are chains of amino acids and a plant based diet will provide you with all of the 9 key amino acids. Period.

An all plant based diet can be the elixir of life, make you feel so so so much better, eliminate illnesses, make you perform better, be healthier, beat cancer, and and and....! The ONLY issue with veganism is that people who live vegan are seen as NERDS and that a vegan diet is deemed to be tasteless and boring. Both of these statements are also incorrect!

1. I turned vegan for two years and it let my cholesterol plummet from dangerous levels to super healthy levels and I felt full of energy. Never ever had so much energy and such a clear mind before!
2. A fully vegan diet can indeed be super tasty. One just needs to be open to try out new stuff and reset taste butts.
3. Let's move away from talking about vegan (bad emotions) and focus on a whole food plant based diet. Just the latter will do all the good and not the vegan replacement products.
4. Anyone who is against a whole plant based diet, PLEASE take the effort and try it out for a month. You will be amazed what it does to you.

However, you need to know what micro and macros you need and how to ingest them via veg and you need to take vit B12 in pill form.
