Let me put things straight as I am really ANGRY😡. I have just read a post in some health group that an all plant based diet is unhealthy and dangerous as it does not provide you with the needed nutrients, especially proteins!🤔
Nope! Incorrect! Far away from the truth! Do NOT comment, if you have no clue!...and the problem is, that people read this crap and believe it! Proteins are chains of amino acids and a plant based diet will provide you with all of the 9 key amino acids. Period.
An all plant based diet can be the elixir of life, make you feel so so so much better, eliminate illnesses, make you perform better, be healthier, beat cancer, and and and....! The ONLY issue with veganism is that people who live vegan are seen as NERDS and that a vegan diet is deemed to be tasteless and boring. Both of these statements are also incorrect!
1. I turned vegan for two years and it let my cholesterol plummet from dangerous levels to super healthy levels and I felt full of energy. Never ever had so much energy and such a clear mind before!
2. A fully vegan diet can indeed be super tasty. One just needs to be open to try out new stuff and reset taste butts.
3. Let's move away from talking about vegan (bad emotions) and focus on a whole food plant based diet. Just the latter will do all the good and not the vegan replacement products.
4. Anyone who is against a whole plant based diet, PLEASE take the effort and try it out for a month. You will be amazed what it does to you.
However, you need to know what micro and macros you need and how to ingest them via veg and you need to take vit B12 in pill form.
