This lovely patient came to us as she didn’t like the shapes of her front teeth or the translucency.

Her teeth were well aligned so we were able to discuss restorative options straight away.

Together .hartejsinghmatharu and the patient decided on:

🔹Enlighten Whitening
🔹Hand sculptured 4 Composite Veneers

This means no drilling or injections!

We added some height to the lateral incisors (UR2 and UL2) and we also evened out the heights on the central incisors. We’ve managed to reduce the amount of translucency on the edge but the teeth still look natural!

By the incredible

No prep veneers is a technique that requires extensive planning to ensure optimal aesthetics and longevity. It also requires extensive dialogue between Dr Stefano and his master ceramists.
digitally planned this case setting out the ideal proportions for the teeth. He then had a model produced to replicate the design and this was transferred into the mouth and trialled by the patient to ensure she was happy with the aesthetics.

The first photo shows a series of how the teeth were originally, then the shape of the teeth after polishing out sharp edges and then the final result. Look at how there is no prep of the tooth tissue. A truly amazing case by our implant and ceramic maestro.

🕊 Last week we had to say our final goodbyes to our beloved colleague and friend Dr Harjinder Singh Matharu.

We were extremely lucky to have such a humble, genuine, intelligent clinician working in our team. He was one of the driving forces that helped to bring The Cosmetic Dental Gallery to life.

Many of our patients experienced his incredible personality and amazing clinical expertise. Dr Harj had patients that would come from miles away to see him because of his exceptional patient bedside manner, upbeat attitude and ability to put the most anxious patient at ease. He was an integral part of our team and we will all miss him dearly.

We pray for strength for his family and we will continue to push the boundaries and deliver exceptional dentistry as part of his legacy.

Invisalign - Boutique Whitening - 4 Composite Veneers

An amazing result achieved for this patient which has completed transformed his smile.

❌ This patient came to us as he wanted straighten his teeth and improve the overall shapes of the teeth. He had a lot of crowding in the lower arch and spacing in the upper arch.

✅ We aligned the teeth using Invisalign and this also enabled us to improve the bite
✅ We then proceeded to whiten the teeth
✅ To complete this transformation we placed four composite veneers!

An incredible smile makeover using porcelain veneers and crowns 🤩

We couldn’t wait to show you this case as it has completely transformed our patient’s life. Mohammed came to see us to help improve his smile.

His main areas of concern were

❌ The gaps in between the teeth
❌ The shade of the teeth
❌ The size of the teeth

After a thorough examination it became clear that Mohammed had been grinding resulting in extensive toothwear leading to a significant reduction in tooth height. We informed Mohammed that we would need to rehabilitate his mouth and open up the bite to establish normal tooth heights. We discussed doing orthodontics first to help us align the teeth which would make it easier for us to fabricate proportional veneers and crowns but this was not compatible with Mohammed’s timeline.

Mohammed opted to go straight to the restorative phase which involved us waxing up each tooth to the new desired shape and height. This was vital to ensuring we achieved a good aesthetic result as there were multiple spaces of varying widths as you can see in the before picture.

The final result comprises of mainly porcelain veneers and a few crowns. We’ve managed to

✅ Restore the teeth to a natural height
✅ Close all the spaces and maintain excellent tooth proportions
✅ Improve the shade of the teeth
✅ Resolve the deep bite and correct the midline.

After discussing all of the relevant options we opted for:

1️⃣ Replanned Invisalign to align the teeth.
2️⃣ Enlighten whitening - to brighten the shade of the teeth
3️⃣ A combination of composite bonding and composite veneers to provide symmetry and increase the size of lateral incisors to provide balance to the smile 🤩
