Once again, I can only apologise for the problems experienced on fb live again tonight! Thank you to those who tried to join again after last week's hiccup, I am just so sorry it has done it again this week.
On that note, I will be going back to zoom classes from next week Tuesday. I like to be able to interact and see your lovely faces on my screen! 😁 So, if you were on the original email list for zoom then you don't need to do anything, just check your emails through the week. If you would like to join (still free as I am still in training) please message me your email address so I can include you.

💕 Thank you for joining me on the mat this evening 💕 Tonight's class theme was energy and focus. We worked our way through some beautiful, energising postures, challenging ourselves along the way but also focusing our minds and bodies. Channelling positive energy into what we want and need ❤️ These were the quotes we reflected upon to use during our practice and to also put into practice in our day to day lives. Something to think about! 💭 🤔
