AAA.AIUTOOOO ho bisogno di volontari per il corso che sto organizzando a Venezia, il 13-14 settembre!

Il corso parlera’ delle emozioni represse e come queste si manifestano sul corpo in svariate forme a seconda dell’entita’ del carico emotivo. La piu’ diffusa e comune manifestazione sono i cosiddetti capillari rotti, quelle venuzze che spesso si formano sulle gambe, attorno alle caviglie ma anche sul torso, braccia e viso.

Spesso considerati antiestetici, vengono eliminati con tecniche che non prendono in considerazione la loro origine emotiva. La medicina Classica cinese invece li legge come espressioni del carico emotivo represso e nel trattarli, liberano la persona non solo del peso emotivo anche del carico energetico utilizzato per mantenere tali emozioni in stato di latenza affinche’ non danneggino gli organi interni. Ne consegue che una gran quantita’ di energia utilizzata a questo scopo verra’ restituita in forma di rinnovata vitalita’.

Quando questi aspetti compaiono sul corpo, altri segni e sintomi cominciano a manifestarsi sia nel corpo che nella mente. Sarete veramente sbalorditi nell’imparare la connessione tra i vostri ‘acciacchi’ e quanto vi state tenendo dentro!

Harmony and balance belong to Nature. It’s all there for us to resonate with.

In the Classical teachings of Chinese Medicine it is believed that each Channel system of humanity is, at its utmost perfection, already present in our surroundings, in the Universe, where they come from. It is role of the practitioner to cultivate such frequency and be able to transmit it in the treatment room.

Health is not created but reinstated, it belongs to us by default.

These aspects and much more and in great details will be discussed during our course in Venice on the Luo Channels thanks to the clarity of Ann Cecil Sterman’s teachings and endless commitment.

Ok then, the venue has been booked, the catering has been arranged, now I am ready to promote this event!

💖 I am hosting Ann Cecil Sterman in Venice, on the 13-14th September, how exciting! She’ll be teaching a Luo Channels class in the view of Classical Chinese Medicine, which is drastically different from what is taught in most modern schools nowadays.

Here we are! It feels like when you are travelling through a tunnel and you start seeing the light creeping in from just around the last turn.

Good time for getting rid of the old, the stagnant and the toxins from our body and environment. May the new cycle find empty space, to settle in and bring the new forwards.

Not sure where to start from? Look at your diet and exercise. In the Five Elements theory this is the time of Wood - Liver and Gallbladder. The colour is green, the energy is Yang rising. Wood controls the sinews and tendons. Anger and frustration the emotions related.

The past few days have brought intense winter gusts, pulling us back into the deepest dark days, but as soon as the Sun shines, I can see the Yang which is rising behind the scene- melting ice, sparkling life, and setting everything in motion.

It’s time for deep breaths and hearts wide open to embrace to new to come. Happy Valentine’s day to love in all its forms - shared, self and beyond! ✨🌹✨

I’ve been in Venice, walked far and wide, crossed countless bridges, met people, visited venues, and made plans. An idea of mine which has been sitting in my mind for a while is now ready to step forward.

Nothing fully finalised yet but it’s definitely taking shape, still lots or work to do.

♒️ Pluto in Aquarius today and for the next 20 years - May it bring humans to be human, compassionate, free and present to each other.
I hear it will be time for people to stand for the Truth and Freedom.

The book I was reading this morning in the tube, mentioned a story told by Krishnamurti in 1929 in front of his audience of three thousand followers, which I am here to share:

“You may remember the story of how the devil and a friend of his were walking down the street, when they saw ahead of them a man stoop down and pick up something from the ground, look at it, and put it away in his pocket. The friend said to the devil, “What did that man pick up?” “He picked up a piece of Truth,” said the devil. “That is a very bad business for you, then” said his friend. “Oh not at all” the devil replied, “I am going to let him organise it”.

It made me smile at first and then, reflect.
