I went for a coffee… and this time, I found a good one ☕✨

At first glance, it looked like just another bottled drink. But I turned it around and checked the label 👀

Just coffee and milk.

That’s it.

No long list of ingredients. No additives. No unnecessary extras 💭

It’s a simple reminder that not everything in a bottle is “bad”. But checking the label makes all the difference.

A helpful rule to keep in mind:
If something has more than 4 or 5 ingredients, it’s often a sign it’s been heavily processed.

Last Monday, relaxed and returned home from a family holiday. 🇨🇾
Today’s Monday included the whole lots of what a typical day in the life of Eleni can look like:
Parenting, working on my business, going a fitness class, visiting the hospital for general tests.
Taking kids to places, making appointments, making sure everyone is fed. And relaxing time ok - that is about 30 minutes before bed.

🪷Managing life and finding your way is vital to be able to keep going. 🪷
