Gifting time to ourselves to pause, is so important.
Give yourself the compassion, care, and love you so generously and openly give to others. Mother yourself.
And not just today, but every day, even if it’s for a few mindful moments.
Taking time to centre yourself and remind yourself you are worth it is vital for your mental health, emotional strength and self-confidence. Taking this time will give you the strength to say “no”, set your boundaries, and protect your energy.

Book a slot every day or a minimum of three times a week.
