I see a world where women of colour answer their calling in life and step into their power. They are no longer pushed aside but instead give themselves permission to show up in this world and transform it for the better. It is my mission to listen, support, encourage and motive women of colour to find their purpose and to tap into their inner power. To open their minds to endless possibilities and
plans of action that will awaken women's desire to achieve their full potential, to activate their authenticity and support them to move forward in ways they did not believe was an option for them. To bring clarity to the priorities, strategies and opportunities in their life to help them fulfil the phenomenal results they desire. Strong and smart women want to work with me because I cater to womxn of colour as they are experiencing at least two intersectional discriminatory lived experiences: race and gender, which are unique from Males and white females. We are over represented in mental illnesses but not accessing mental health services because we don’t have many professionals that look like us and may feel uncomfortable or feel misunderstood by the professionals with their biases. Eurocentric coaching and psychology does not take Afro-centric experiences into the context of well-being or framework for psychological interventions for Black and Brown women. I work with women that need help with finding their life purpose, dealing with non-aggressions at work, career change, and improving their relationships with their spirit. What makes my work special is that I approach client's life holistically and incorporate her unique experience that is informing her mindset and perception. I can relate to them and they can relate to me without having to explain anything, we have that kinship. I work hard with my clients to become disruptors, leaders, pioneers and change makers in their field. If no one will remove the glass ceiling then we must create our own opportunities for success.
