Why should I choose chiropractic, first?

Chiropractic care in South Africa is readily available, low-cost, low risk and offers a non-invasive, natural approach to obtaining pain relief.

Considering the high costs of medical care in the case of back-related problems, more often resulting in extensive diagnostic procedures, medication, surgery and hospitalisation, it makes financial sense to encourage patients to seek a more cost-effective route which could save medical schemes millions of Rands each
year. That is why you should choose...Chiropractic First!

Secrets of a Stronger Spine

MyHealth360 in collaboration with The Chiropractic Association of South Africa, brings you credible, factual information for Back Care Awareness Week.

- Fact 1: The Mechanics of Your Spine
Your spine is like the central pillar of your body. It supports you in everything you do. Imagine it as a stack of blocks - when aligned
correctly, it’s strong and steady. But poor posture, excessive sitting, and heavy lifting can throw things out of whack. That’s when problems arise.

- Credible Reference: Research shows that maintaining a neutral spine position during activities reduces the risk of back pain (Smith et al., 2020).

- Tip 1: Posture Check
Take regular posture breaks. Sit up straight, shoulders relaxed, and feet flat on the floor. It might sound simple, but it’s a game-changer for your spine.
