Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our team on a full-time basis.
•Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies that align with organizational goals, leverage emerging trends, and set measurable KPIs for growth and engagement.
•Create and manage engaging, brand-aligned content across platforms in collaboration with teams, ensuring consistency through a strategic content calendar.
•Analyze social media performance and competitor trends to deliver insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
•Engage and support online communities by managing customer interactions, building relationships, and acting as a bridge between audiences and the organization.
•Lead end-to-end social media campaigns—from planning and ex*****on to performance evaluation—ensuring impact, efficiency, and brand growth.
•Safeguard brand reputation by monitoring online presence, managing risks, and positioning the organization as a trusted industry leader.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree is required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
