  “I worked with Lucia for 12 weeks under Revitalise package which has been best investment for my health. I had been on HRT for a year which helped some peri symptoms but there were still big gaps from where I wanted to be. After some supplement and diet changes I had more energy, wasn't exhausted all the time and bloodwork showed I lowered my cholesterol and was no longer deficient in Vit D and B12. Lucia is extremely knowledgeable and I learnt so much, as someone who's always led an active and healthy lifestyle these changes were minor but extremely effective for me. Nothing says summer like a fish BBQ 🌞🐟 We picked up fresh seabream from store, and it was just perfect👌

Light, delicious, and easy on digestion, I love it with olive oil, lemon, orange zest and fresh herbs – simple Mediterranean flavours are, quite simply, the best! 🍋🍊🌿

Seabream is a beautiful, lean protein. Pair it with wholesome carbs (like roasted veg or a grain salad) and some healthy fats (avocado or extra virgin olive oil) for a meal that keeps energy steady and tastes incredible.

🎉 It’s official! I’m so excited to announce my partnership with Wholistic Roots — a beautiful health and wellbeing shop with two cosy treatment rooms downstairs.

I’ve actually been consulting here since they opened earlier this year, and it’s been wonderful to be part of such a warm, community-focused space.

I love that Mel, the owner, has chosen to support local traders to build this special place 🌿💚

I’ll continue consulting here on nutrition and will be hosting some amazing events to help you and your family thrive!

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak to the club members of and about one of the most underrated lifestyle habits - mindful eating practices. I'm grateful for the chance to have shared insights into this vital aspect of healthy living!

Mindful eating involves focusing your attention on the experience of eating without engaging in other activities. It's about eating with intention, rather than restricting food or focusing solely on specific food groups.

Your body instinctively knows how to eat what it needs, but over time, we often override these instincts. Mindful eating can help you reconnect with your body's needs.

A heartfelt thank you to and for extending the warm invitation to speak at the Spring Awakening Wellbeing Workshop last Thursday. It was an evening filled with wonderfully relaxing essential oil balms that tantalised our senses, a calming meditation to reset our busy minds, and I shared recommendations on mindful eating practices for improved digestion, weight loss, and overall health.

Mindfulness is more than just a buzzword, it's a transformative lifestyle practice that often flies under the radar. Yet, when embraced daily, its impact on our mental and physical health is nothing short of profound.

It was a joy to share insights and practical tips on mindful eating with 35+ incredible women.

Let's continue to cultivate mindfulness in our lives, nurturing our bodies, minds, and spirits along the journey🌿💫

👶🏼 When their baby is ready for solids
👶🏼 Concerning food allergens and how to introduce them
👶🏼 Important nutrients
👶🏼 How to guide baby to be in control of her feeding so she can decide for herself what to eat, how much and at what pace. 

I will also guide you on a bonus Baby Massage demo to help aid digestion, relieve wind and constipation.

During the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share your own stories, and connect with other parents who are going through the same journey. It’s a great chance to gain confidence and build a support network!
