What do we do?

Professional Hearing Loop/Induction Loop Installation & Maintenance

Each year, our specialist engineers carry out a maintenance visit on thousands of hearing systems throughout the whole of the UK.

For all businesses or building managers, we offer a professional induction loop installation and consultancy service, together with ongoing maintenance and audits, as required by current UK legislation.

Our comprehensive Maintenance package includes extended warranty for the induction loop amplifiers we install, and an annual preventative maintenance, and calibration visit by one of our specialist engineers to ensure that the equipment we have installed is working within the necessary tolerances.

We will provide you with a Certificate of Conformance following installation and each time a maintenance visit is undertaken, so that you can demonstrate to your clients that you are diligently discharging your duties under the Equality Act (2010) for those with hearing difficulties.

We have many customers in the retail, banking, leisure and education industries who rely on us for professionally installed induction loop systems, where necessary we can meet with you to carry out a site survey.
