There is so many benefits of moving your body, as we aren't designed to sit down for hours and you know what we sit down for hours. For work or when we watch tv after work...

What can we start doing is making smarter decisions and taking regular walking breaks.

Tips to implement :

- Take 25 minute breaks to walk around and stretch. Your body will thank you!
- On your lunch breaks take a walk instead or hit the gym!
- Try other activities and push your comfort zones!
- Lastly, we recommend chiropractic care. Perfect way to get some movement back into your spine!
