Dear Parents,
Chrysalis Montessori is now offering places for children aged 2 to 5 years.
To support a gentle and nurturing transition from home to nursery life, we offer morning sessions from 9:00am to 1:00pm, alongside full-day sessions to provide flexibility for parents. Morning sessions are available for children younger than 3 years only, allowing them to settle in at their own pace while building confidence in a calm, supportive environment.
We are a warm, home-based setting offering a 1:3 staff-to-child ratio, ensuring that each child’s individual needs are carefully supported. Our team is highly qualified, with degree-level and Montessori-trained practitioners.
We also provide freshly cooked hot lunches each day, and weave art and creativity throughout all areas of our curriculum, encouraging children to express themselves and explore their imagination.

Dear Parents,

Chrysalis Montessori is now offering places for children aged 2 to 5 years.

Dear Friends,

We are stepping into a new and very exciting chapter after we opened our micro- nursery.
We are currently welcoming a very small group of children and have been enjoying the joys of a setting run by two Montessori educators and the benefits of a home based nursery.
Things happen at a slower, more mindful pace.
Personally, I am living the dream of listening to the children and often helping them to act on their choices.
We eat home made food and take walks locally, we craft and paint and garden and play. We celebrate and find out about the world through experience and art.

🌱 Newly Opened Montessori Nursery in Fiveways, Brighton 🌱

Hello everyone,

My name is Roxana, and I’m delighted to share that our micro Montessori nursery in Fiveways is now open.

This has been a dream of mine for over 10 years, beginning with my Montessori Diploma and continuing through my BA in Early Childhood (Graduate Practitioner). I will be working alongside a fellow graduate Montessori guide to offer a bespoke Montessori programme for children aged 2–5.

We welcome just 6 children, Monday to Thursday, creating a calm, nurturing, and highly individualised environment where each child can truly flourish.

If you are looking for a bespoke early years experience for your child, check out our brand new Montessori micro nursery in Fiveways, Brighton.

Dear Parents,
We are excited to welcome our first visitors to our soon- to -open home based Montessori Micro Nursery.
It has been a dream for both myself and my colleague, both Graduate Early Years Practitioners, with a passion for the Montessori approach.
Our space is lovingly prepared for children aged 2 - 5 with their unique interests in mind, indoors and outdoors, having in mind their holistic development- from emotional wellbeing- to nutritional needs - to creative and cognitive development.
Chrysalis Montessori has started its journey with a Parent / Infant and Child group and developed independently into a home based setting offering Montessori Education Monday- Thursday from 9am- 4pm term time only.

Dear Parents,
Thank you so much for the positive response to my previous post. I truly appreciate your encouragement and kind words.
I wanted to share a few thoughts about Chrysalis—how it began and our hopes for its future.
When my son was nine months old, I wanted him to experience being part of a community while still under my care. From that wish, I created a Montessori parent, infant, and toddler space—one rooted in connection, observation, and shared experience.
Chrysalis was very much a project of the heart. It was supported by other passionate Montessori practitioners who were keen to explore the power of high-quality early years practice beyond the classroom. It is something that will always be dear to me, as it offered profound insight into how families connect with one another and how a small, intentional community can have a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
This experience inspired me to embark on a BA programme and to conduct my final research project on the impact of guided observation within a Montessori community.
At present, my dream is to create the space and time for people to continue connecting. I call it a dream for now, because a community is not something that can be fully planned or predicted. It arises organically when the ground is carefully prepared. It comes alive through a shared vision—held and nurtured by a group of people.
In January, we will be holding private viewings for families who would like to see the space and learn more about the vision behind Chrysalis.

Dear Parents,
I am Roxana and I will soon be opening the doors to a micro Montessori nursery in Fiveways, Brighton.

This has been my dream for over 10 years when I started my Montessori Diploma.

I have since dedicated my energy to learning more about early childhood and gained a BA (Graduate Practitioner).

I will be working with my colleague who is also a graduate Montessori guide in delivering a bespoke programme for children aged 2 - 5 years old.

We only have 6 children from Monday- Thursday so spaces are limited.

We will be welcoming viewings in January for those interested.
