Celebrating Black History Month at 🎥🍿

This BHM, we’re not just celebrating culture — we’re also prioritising our health. Our team had an amazing day filled with wellness and community with the employees at Netflix.

Our chiropractor, David (), joined a dynamic panel with fellow practitioners, Welly the Nutritionist () and Hachim the Osteopath(), sparking inspiring conversations.

We then had an afternoon of posture screenings to help the Netflix team get their creative juices flowing.

What an incredible day revisiting our old Secondary School as Alumni for St. Marks & Spark! Charity’s Careers Day 💼

We had the privilege of networking with 180 pupils across Year 10, sharing our journeys since leaving St. Marks, and helping them prepare for the transition into the working world.

It was especially fun running into our former classmate, Jamie, who is now a teacher there. Thirteen years later, it was a nostalgic trip down memory lane!

New year, new location, same mission 🏡

We are excited to share that we have moved our clinic to a new location!

Since launching in 2020, we have outgrown our first treatment room and after a long search, we have found an elegant space that aligns with our values and ambitions ✨

We are still based in the heart of Chiswick with beautiful views overlooking Turnham Green park and the High Road. Chiswick Park tube station is just a short 5-minute walk away, PayByPhone car parking and Lime Bike bays are available directly outside, and there are plenty of bus routes close by.

Over the next few months, we will be building this space into a warm, relaxing and welcoming environment 🧱
