Failure comes in many forms. Some might fail in their careers. Others might find failure in romantic relationships.

One cause of failure is the lack of confidence due to s*xual health issues. Having ED or PE can impact self-esteem and confidence. A healthy body helps prevent medical health issues. It can also help men have enough stamina to ensure a healthy s*x life. 🍆✨Here are some beginner-friendly calisthenics exercises 🏃 you can try:

Pull-ups – do this by grasping an exercise bar. Using your shoulder muscles, pull your body up until your head is above the bar.

Chin-ups – this is similar to pull-ups, but engages the biceps and chest muscles instead.

Jump rope – use a jump rope for at least 30 seconds, ensuring that your toes are pointed with a slight bend in your knees.

Push-ups – we all know what push-ups are. Do 20 push-ups to help improve stamina.

Jumping jacks – jump both feet out to the sides while raising your arms out to the sides and overhead. Bring your arms back to your sides as you jump to your feet back to the center position.
