Hello and Happy New Year! 𤩠Here are some tips and hints for 2025 and onwards:
If you have a dream or goalā¦ā¦go for itā¦..because eventually, somehow you will get there. Oh, but first, make sure they are realistic. (I do want to travel with a spaceship in our solar system and see the planets, but this might not be a realistic goal to work on right now š).
So if you notice that you are thinking of why you cannot achieve your goals, notice as well, how you are sabotaging yourself, and looking for reasons to avoid the hard work all this might take.
Write down these thoughts and reflect on them.
They might be something like these:
āI am not good enough, āI will failā,
āThis is not going to work, becauseāā¦ā¦..(and here you might give various reasons why this will not workā¦for example; āI do not have enough moneyā, āI do not have enough timeā, āIt is far, āI donāt see how I get thereāā¦ā¦.. and the list can go on and on).
So it is ok to have these thoughts, as we all have them at some point, but how about making room for different thoughts as well, for example:
āWhat will happen if I carry on thinking like this?ā
āIs this type of thinking taking me any closer to my dreams and goals? Or will they take me further away from them?ā
āWhat happens if I work on one step? Will that take me closer or further away from my goals?
Am I willing to make little steps from A to B so that I can get to Z properly, or I want to get to A-Z right away?ā
āWhich is more realistic?ā āWhich gives me instant pressure, and anxiety?ā
So do have your amazing dreams and goalsā¦ā¦it is fantastic if you have at least one!
You may not see the right steps clearly at the beginning, and that's ok but, with time, things will clear upā¦ā¦so trust the processā¦
Try it out and see what happensā¦..I did it too and it is worth the journey š
