Next Thursday’s guest is Dan Carrier, who has spent over 40 years with the Camden New Journal. Dan will guide us through the fascinating history of Hampstead beloved newspapers, from Victorian times to today.

📚 Proud Sponsors at Keats Community Library 📚

We were honoured to sponsor a powerful and thought-provoking evening at the beautiful Keats Library, supporting the incredible work this treasured community space brings to our local area.

The event featured the renowned human rights lawyer and author Philippe Sands, who presented his latest book, 38 Londres Street.

In this gripping investigation, Sands explores the dark legacies of two men - Augusto Pinochet, former President of Chile, and Walther Rauff, a N**i SS officer responsible for developing mobile gas vans used during the Holocaust.

Known for his powerful storytelling and deep sense of justice, Philippe Sands weaves history, memory, and law into a compelling narrative that asks urgent questions about accountability and the echoes of the past.

It was an evening filled with reflection, learning, and community - and we’re proud to support events that open minds and bring people together.

✨ Inspiring Day at the Jobs & Skills Event! ✨

Today, we had the pleasure of attending the Jobs and Skills event organised by Good Work Camden at the iconic British Library – and what a fantastic day it’s been!

Our Director, Daniela Miteva, took part in a brilliant panel discussion on Health and Social Care, sharing insights on career journeys, essential skills, recruitment, and the many rewarding paths within the sector.

We met so many passionate, inspiring people who care deeply about making a difference – and we had some great conversations with future care professionals. The energy and interest in social care were truly uplifting!

A big thank you to Camden Council, Good Work Camden, and the British Library for hosting such a well-organised and meaningful event.

We’re proud to be part of a community that’s building brighter futures, one career at a time.
